What do you change before issuing it?
Inspect the job, replace every edit prompt and remove irrelevant rows. A competent person must approve the controls and brief the team.
What can’t it do?
The template cannot inspect a site or guarantee legal compliance or principal-contractor acceptance. Review it when the work changes.
